"MESSAGE" is so popular since 10-15years ago... and now, wow, wow, wow... even a 7 year old child "message", so do your and my folks! happening ya... sometime message is good, can speak anything if we wanna, but on other hand might cause misunderstanding. esp the CAP LOCKS, !!!!!, ?????, and so on... its all depend the receiver's mood while reading and not just the content of what the sender had written... 

m too, fight with pals several times after reading their texts. messages from love one often so lovely and sweet. thou the person is far away, yet a msg simply melt one's heart! well, not just to msg the love ones, but to pals and family, for sure it will bring the relationship closer.

2nd dream is coming!

When the moment my eyes open, she whispered at my ear (we'll be going to Italy during CNY) m jumped up from the bed n gave a her a big kiss! So happyyyyy n exciteddddd... She had brighten my day that's for sure... 

so much things gonna prepared! heat pad, gloves, bear bear ear, which overcoat gonna bring n so on...

my birthday eve! finally m get to walk the lion! thot it gonna called off, it was raining cats n dogs in the morning! so disappointed!!!!! next, knowing my my princess is pregnant, dunno should be happy or worry... my princess is just so princess, like a little gal, beside running n working, she seem know nothing....cant believe that she is going to be a mama soon!!! who's gonna take care that monster after he/she born??? everyone in the family will spoil n love him/her to the MAX! m cant wait to buy him/her things. gonna prepare him an ang pow when m back. 1st ang pow from m... m so certain that he/she is a spoil brat!

after my hair perm, went shopping... again looking out for your stuff. bought u a cow bottom... thinking u will look cool with it. had also get ur mama a book. she starts to feel nauseous now. my poor princess... cant wait to share the good new to ur grandpa... he will love u crazily too... just like the way he loves m! hahaha... m gonna jealous...

Day 1

weather really hot... even thou its evening. room is great ;) pho24 isnt as good as the 1 we used to eat! viet ice coffee tastes acidy, but interesting, m like it! so tired, after zytec, sleeping soon...

Day 2

decided to put on my shoes n go market to eat the nice nice prawn mee, still as good as before, but prawn is no longer as big. had bought some viet coffee to share with val, think m had fallen to viet coffee.(duno since when had m become a coffee gal) *wink* 

cab from market to saigon centre = 165000 dong!cant believe it rightttt! shittttt, felt that been connnnn! 

enjoying ice caramel macchiato (m prefer a strong coffee) and highland cheese cake (nice!) at highland coffee.

had realised that m blog lesser each year. reason? happily in love, till no time to blog *wink* happily in love that's for sure, beside dating, m busy with my work, family and tripssss.. oops, friends as well... life gonna boring w/o these people. people asked why m still working? what A FUNNY QUESTION ya? isn't everyone need to go thru all steps to pass the exam of life? m a normal gal, living in a country with full of seductions. not born rich, nor a handicap, so why m not working... 

m see, feel n learn a lot in these two years. learn to stay calm n cool, think wiser, feel deeper with my heart n learn to ask when m in need or have doubt. life can full of adventures, all depend on yourself, how u deal with it. 

was kinda upset lately, whatever m had done was in vain! its really hurt and upset when one do not appreciate your kindness, yet speak ill of u. mmmm... bad time over soon, see no devil, hear n evil. we will be happier. we cant force others to move with us, read our mind and most important accept who we are...

in Jakarta now, wanna enjoy myself and looking forward to my other trips. should put a big full stop to all unhappy stuffs!

hate GREAT PRETENDER

realised that what i hate most is "GREAT PRETENDER" thou i dislike Taurus's gf so much, but doesn't mean that m agree with what Taurus had done to her... everyone have NO RIGHT TO ABUSE THE TRUST, FAITH N LOVE TO THEIR FAMILY, LOVE ONES N FRIENDS... THESE PEOPLE ARE SIMPLY PATHETIC, acting like  CASANOVA is completely STUPID! AGAIN, HAVE NO RIGHT TO JUDGE ANYONE... m feeling upset, world seem getting darker each day, people like Taurus whom m trusted so much before, had become a stranger to m... is this her real personality? where's the Taurus whom i knew in day one? was shocked n pissed to know more about her. m sick n tired of her Casanova's story- fling around or cheated by gals. it often takes two hands to clap. as her good pal, m hope she will meet her TRUE LOVE one day :)

weather - cooling

foodies - seafood is fresh, roasted duck make m drooL, crepe is beautiful, veg n fruits are sweet.

shopping - wonderful, but au currency is rather high this time... "shop lesser"

 

m really miss foodies at "lok fook", esp they dessert : thick n rich red bean soup and mango pudding r lovely, which u will regret if u miss it! roasted duck at " the good one" is just so tender n yummyyyyyy. eason chan "Duo concert" was AWESOME, CANT WAIT FOR HIS NEXT CONCERT TO COME, simply fall in love by every of his songs...

 

a nice place to stay, driving 40km/hr at the subrub, so relax n peaceful.

 

my next visit to perth? not so soon i guess, something not great had happened on our last day! hauling n causing m to have sleepless nites... didnt really think, just that couldnt forget what had happened. waiting for this sucks feeling to fade... happy moments fly fast and a day of bad day = 1 week or more. (mind is so blank now, staring blindly at the screen.)

watched lion king musical... goshhh its awesome! i love all the animals, esp the "proud cat" her body gesture could simply show a proud n snob cat, PREFECT! when the animals  were walking to the stage, it really warm my heart... can so imagine, real elephants roaming right in font of u, CANT WAIT TO GO AFRICA TO SEE, THE ANIMALS MOVING FREELY IN THE NATURE...

A break time

yesterday mood was kinda suckz for no reason. this is woman ya? mood swinging up n down easily... ;p neither have m woke up from the right side of the bed this am, feeling so lazy n restless... guess m have over "REST". feeling much better after a short nap, n decided date a "special one" out for dinner. think it gonna be a sweet n lovely date tonight ;) kinda excited n energetic. gonna doll up *wink*

Darling is so busy these days, time to eat, play n relax, our short trip has come  just in time :) flying tomorrow~ she will have all my tender, loving, care.

had a fruitful Sunday, 17 april 2010! will no forget this day, as it may help n move m to another stage.what is it? mmm... a little secret between darling n m ;p in fact is nothing big deal, but m touch by things n research darling has done for m. she will never fail to surprise m. cant wait to see a brand new m in aug!



will never give up during these tough 3 months, m WILL N MUST MAKE IT! 加油!加油!

used to be a "moody freak" hahaha.. no longer now, nah, its lesser moody day now... mood once in awhile is fine, we r human, we have feeling, n its good to release it out, be it happy or sad, sweet or bitter. m a woman with "feeling" hanging on my face, u can easily see. neither do m give up easily, but lack of faith in rs after one left. took m quite a while to... thou dating others during the recovery stage, but things did not work out. soul searching time: must not give up, not just to give others a chance n also giving myself a chance be in love again. till one fine day, m met someone special n realised life is full of fun n so beautiful. life w/o LOVE is really sucks... LOVE may not just talk about our partner as well as our family n true pals. most important is meet n hang with the right ONES! think simple, live simple, love simple...

 

we cannot control feeling n people in life, but we can move on... only walk out of the gloomy tomb, everything will be brand new! walking out of gloomy tomb not just physically as well as mentally OUT! skeleton moves around, but soul is stationary, everything is still STALE as before! STOP giving ourself 1000 reasons or excuses to ROT!

how to control myself away from foodies and go on diet while staying in food paradise? dun you agree too, SG IS A FOODIES PARADISE? mmmmm... maybe must like princes, does double workout per day.... sighhhh.... m not a workout gal, no longerrrrr! well,well, well, all are just excuses, one word to describe "LAZY".

 

trying to cut down my "junk" during these 2 weeks, of cox there's still room to improve! busy thinking of more healthy foodies to cook, not just for myself, so do u! too much protein is NEVER good for everyone...

will try out more healthy cooking than eating junkssss....

My successful shark fins!

steam the shark fin for 20 mins with slices of ginger n pinch of salt

Sea Cucumber (add more if u like it)

nice nice dried mushroom

Crab Meat

thick soup with all the ingredients but not the shark fin.

Pour the boiled "thick soup" into the bowl with shark fin, ready to be served! *remember never cook the shark fin with the thick soup!

nice nice shark fin is YUUMMMMMMYYYYYY!

broth (half chicken n 5 XL scallops)
steam the frozen shark fin for 20 mins
fried the dried mushroom with garlic
add all the ingredients to the broth,BUT NOT THE SHARK FIN boil it for 30mins.
Last add the shark fins, pepper and vingear before served!
*u will regret if u boil the shark fins together with ur thick soup! ;p
