healthy XO sauce ( my XO sauce isn't as oily as others) ;p
- 4 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- some chopped onions N garlic
- some chillies (added as much as individual likes)
- 50 grams of dried shrimp (chopped it instead)
- 200 grams of dried scallops
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- pinch of pepper N salt
- 4 tablespoon of broth
