Ingredient of vegetable soup or broth
- 1 Beetroot
- 3 carrots
- 2 radishes
- 2 - 3 onions (most important)
- 2 - 3 tomatoes
- 4 - 5 stalks of celeries
- 4 potatoes skin (potatoes can be used for potato salad)
- 1.5 - 2 liters of water
All vegetables are to be cut in small cubes. Brewed it 2-3hrs, add salt n pepper when ready to be served.
