sole = soul

had forgotten that TODAY is my princess birthday, till she REMINDED us ;p  every activity wasn't plan, it just come one after another... n provided everyone has the mood.

 

as usual went walking in the woods, n princess joined us with her pair of "lousy shoes". We were surprised that she actually wanted to come along ... in fact we were considering if we should call her in the morning to wake her ... as she has requested us to do so.  However, being a nice and good sister, i called mum to wake her. To our surprised, she is already awake!!!!! Wow ... the late sleeper actually woke up before we called her ....  LOL.  this shows that she is really serious this time.

 

As promised we pick her at 8am with breakfast prepared for her to eat in the car.  Instead of being grateful, she still complain about too little veggie..... sigh.

 

We arrived at McRitchie around 8.45am.  The carpark is already full and we had to wait for about 10mins.  Finally found a space and we walked happily towards Leonie Trail.  20 mins after the walk (before walking into the woods) .... we realise that princess' lousy LEFT shoe is disintegrating ....We wanted her to change but she scolded us saying that just a little bit ... you think the shoe is so lousy that the entire sole will disintegrate meh?????? True enough .... after 30 mins into the forest (after woods) the entire sole disintegrated and fell off from her LEFT shoe ..... I have no choice but to declare that her shoe has unfortunately DIED.   She wanted to continue but we thought it is too dangerous because she may step on sharp objects or stone in the forest ..... As we were standing there discussing .... it also started to RAIN.  THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD RAIN AFTER WALKING SO MANY TIMES IN THAT FOREST.  She must have brought the RAIN !!!

 

As we head backwards to the entrance of the forest, the sole of her RIGHT shoe also came off .... princess was finding dificulty in walking on the little stones, peddles and twigs on the ground.   As expected, it was difficult for her to walk with the shoe sole.   Don't you agree that A SHOE WITHOUT A SOLE IS EQUIVALENT TO A HUMAN WITHOUT A SOUL?? It has no purpose anymore and unable to function properly ....

 

We were disappointed that we didn't exercise enough so we decided to do something else ... However the sun was too strong so we decided to do something that we will not get direct exposure to the scorching sun.  So we head for our 2nd unplan activity - DRIVING RANGE.

This is the 2nd time for me ... it really requires alot of concentration in order to be able to hit the ball.  Guess what happen to my princess AGAIN this time..... the golf glove starting to disintegrate (we thought she is really ACIDIC as everything she touches, disintegrates) and her FINGER too.  Not that her finger is disintegrating ... but she has a blister holding the club too hard .... Sigh ... what a birthday for my princess ....

 

As the weather gets cooler .... and we were still very energetic ... we decided to head for our 3rd unplained activity - CYCLING.  We cycled for 1.30 hours.  Not that nothing happened to my dear princess .... but i think I have mentioned enough of her embrassing moments already.  After all, it her birthday today.

 

Although we did not plan anything except to walk in McRitchie ... it is so coincidentally that becoz of her lousy shoe .... we get to play so much more that everyone of us enjoyed.  Don't you think that someone up there has everything all planned for us? :-)

air supply is coming to town

but not watching this time... reason??? afraid no parking!!! hahaha... guess that's lame excuse huh? ;p mainly is i think my SR not very keen when i told her air supply is coming to town again... anyway watched with Taurus last year... m love air supply's almost every of their songs, but had not been listening for awhile... due to most of their songs are sad...
 
well, that's oldies... folks are usually more sentimental than us.. hehehe... hmm... m would say they had seen n felt more in lives than us, that's for sure, had never doubt them on this...

learning to be a generous GF

last Thursday (27th May 2010) m was in bad mood, remember??? in fact my had written n removed this short paragraph before posting, <<< think m not generous enough... esp whenever she mention about "THEIR HISTORY" this time is about thou they not staying together, yet don't mean they had SEXLESS RS! mmm... m problem again??? m don't know, nor wish to continue to talk about this.... >>>
 
had a chat with Taurus days back n realised how horrible her current gf, DELIA is... she had deleted everything of me from Taurus... meaning? delete my blog address, mobile no, msn (she even secretly blocked n deleted m while using Taurus's msn acc) see, what kind of gal is Taurus dating??? m had no comment on this gal whom always calls people "A LOSER" n pray to god every now n then! checking on one's thing is bad enough, but after checking, delete like as if her own "STUFF" is SHIT!
 
had also realised that why whenever SR mention about her ex, J, m so unhappy n uncomfy... properly because of past incident... from then onwards, kinda sensitive towards THIS PERSON!!! maybe same goes to D, thus she dislikes m so much and deleted every single contact of m from Taurus mobile n pc...
 
after looking at D's action, m looked at myself in the mirror... am i a loser too??? both of us r not generous people in love life, but m will not go to the EXTREME LIKE WHAT D HAD DONE, that is for SURE!
 
we aren't as close as before, since when??? mmm... both were busy with our work... m a person whom needs alot love, care, concern n attention...

17th - 24th May 2010



 
17 May 10 (Monday)
we had finally sign up with curves. my current weight is **kg, gonna loose at least 6-9kg, possible? ;p well, i will try n must work hard for it! shall visit curves 5 times a week + a day of nature trail + a day of bicycle. thou its just a 30 mins of workout, if do it in QUALITY,  m sure result can be still seen. LAST, EAT RIGHT FOOD N NO SKIPPING OF MEALS! change of diet, isn't overnight, m still changing... most important is to have healthy body!
 
18 May 10 (Tuesday)
 
  BREAKFAST (eat like a KING)
  1. 400ml of water
  2. 8 pistachio (2 mini packets)
  3. a slice of honey baked ham
  4. 3 slices of smoked salmon
  5. 1.5 egg yolk
  6. a stir fried portobello mushroom
  7. 3/4 persimmon
  LUNCH  (eat like a QUEEN)
  1. 5 fried shrimp dumplings
  2. 4 spoonful of bee hoon soup + a piece of fish + little vege
  3. a Philippine papaya
    DINNER  (eat like a BEGGAR)
  1. 6 fried shrimp dumplings
  2. 2 sour strawberry
how's my 1st day with curves? ;p interesting, shy n blockhead!!! there are roommmssss for m to pick up, meaning??? m a slow learner, but will try my best!!!
 
19 May 10 (Wednesday)

  BREAKFAST (eat like a KING)
  1. 300ml of water
  2. a bowl ginkgo bean curd dessert
  3. 1/4 Philippine papaya
  4. 4 boiled dumpling + 3 fried dumpling + little vege
  LUNCH (eat like a BEGGAR)
  1. 1/3 plate of  jap curry rice
  2. 1/2 a cup of hot green tea
  3. a strawberry + 3/5 red dragon fruit
  DINNER (eat like a QUEEN)
  1. a bowl of chicken broth +  vege + 4 shrimp dumplings + 4 spoonful of bee hoon
  2. 1/3 of guava + 1/4 Philippine papaya + a strawberry + 8 raspberry
  3. 1/4 of bo bo cha cha
m 2nd day of 30 mins workout was tougher than 1st day, reason??? noon trainer taught us TO HAVE QUALITY THAN QUANTITY OF WORKOUT! therefore SR prefer the noon than evening trainer. what about m? mmm... m don't mind nor have specific one to guide m at this moment, as m still a greenhorn! so long one whom can guide m with the right posture n can help m to loose weight, m HAPPY! :)

20 May 10 (Thursday)

  BREAKFAST (eat like a QUEEN)
  1. 1/4 of steam pumpkin
  2. a big plate of strawberry + raspberry + 1/5 banana
  3. 1/4 bowl of oats
      LUNCH (eat like a BEGGAR)
    1. a stuff squid ( awful! worse than eating awfully chocolate)
    2. 1 full spoonful of uncooked rice + 2 pieces of weird taste grill chicken
    3. 2 fried super sweet poh pia (why so sweet? because sugar is on SALE TODAY!)
    4. 2 longan + 2 slip of coconut "MILK" JUICE (REALLY MIKKKYYY, BUT NOT coconut milk)

      DINNER (eat like a BEGGAR)
    1. 2 packets of crab tibits ( cheap n NICCCEEEEEEE)
    2. a bowl of chicken "clear soup" with mushroom
    3. 1/2 papaya
    bad mood!!!dont wish to tok about it...
     
    21 May 10 (Friday)

      BREAKFAST (eat like a QUEEN)
    1. 3/4 bowl of nice nice thick oats
    2. 3 strawberries 
      LUNCH (eat like a BAGGAR)
    1. 3 spoonfuls of steam rice
    2. nice nice curry fish ( cooked by my dad )

      DINNER (eat like a QUEEN)
    1. a fried chicken leg
    2. a bite of mushroom pizza
    3. some fried prawns with water chestnut
    4. 1/4 of avocado + chicken wrap
    5. 2 bites of chocolate cake
    6. 1/2 a cup of caramel coffee
    a lazy day, catch up with cousins at CPK (our usual dinner spot) what if one day close down how? ;p

    22 May 10 (Saturday)

      BREAKFAST (eat like a QUEEN)
    1. 3/4 bowl of nice nice thick oats
    2. 3 strawberries + some golden raspberry

      LUNCH (eat like a QUEEN)
    1. 2 spoonfuls of prawn bee hoon + 2 ribs
    2. 1/6 of steam pumpkin
    3. 1/2 packet of crab tibits

      DINNER (eat like a QUEEN)
    1. 2 pieces of sweet n sour pork
    2. some mix vege ( eggplant, cabbage n french bean)
    3. half bowl of plain congee
    4. a mug of barely
    walking in the fort canning is as easy as ABC, but climbing up the STAIRS, WHOAAAAA... IS COOLLLLL (opp from funan all the way to the lighthouse )
     
    23 May 10 (Sunday)

      BREAKFAST (eat like a KING)
    1. 3 spoonfuls of oats
    2. 3 strawberries
    3. 1/6 of steam pumpkin
    4. 1.5 sotong balls, 1.5 goyza, 0.5 fried spring roll

      LUNCH (eat like a BEGGAR)
    1. 2 pieces of steam chicken
    2. 2 poh pia
    3. 3 strawberries + some golden raspberry

      DINNER (eat like a QUEEN)
    1. 3 spoonful of curry rice + 3 pieces of pork cutlet
    2. 3 pieces of salmon belly 
    3. an eel sushi n tuna sushi
    4. a tempura prawn
    5. 4 pieces of papaya + 1/2 persimmon
    6. 5 nice nice satay ( from satay club, stall no 1, " fat man")
    after 4 hours of walking in the woods, both m legs n feet zai were wobbling... this time we walked deeper into the woods, mmmm... thou e started walking late this week, but as we walking deeper, the smell of the trees are fresher. of cox the path isn't as easy as before...  always after each hard walked, we will had a 5-15mins easy path to continue... just like our life, after tough days, easy days will follow... saw 2 fat monitor lizards, a squirrel, some monkeys... visited an hour of foot reflexology, feet zai felt reborn instantly ;p

      BREAKFAST (eat like a QUEEN)
    1. 1/2  sausage mac griddles with egg
    2. a cup of chocolate + double shots of expresso

      LUNCH (eat like a QUEEN)
    1.  ramen + 1/2 boiled egg
    2. 4 goyza
    3. 1/5 of nacho with cheese

      DINNER (eat like a QUEEN)
    1. 1/4 kenny roger chicken
    2. some french beans + a spoonful of marco cheese + 1/2 bowl of rice
    3. 1/2 bottle of cranberry Snapple
    45 mins of cycling causing m sun burn :( went movie + shopping + 3 meals with meimei n korkor. everyone of us bought so many things from Adidas n nuke, my poor baby gonna work extra harder for these 3 shopaholics ;p i think spend 1k for yesterday outing *winks* whewww having kids really not easy ya... was so high last night, 1st time in my life played so crazily with kids... m joined their "musical band" whhhhooaaa so crazyyyyy , funnnn n highhhhh! m love it!

    I love nature trail

    supposingly to be excited, but was so lazy n reluctant to wake up this morning... reason? lazy gal.... ahahhaha...
     
    no regret of waking up early n heading to MacRitchie Reservoir for our 1st "walking day" ! of course, this wasn't the 1st day we walked together, but it was e 1st time we walked for an hour without stopping nor feeling breathless. thou m perspired like nobody business, but the feeling great after exercising... no wonder jaz san will go jogging no matter how busy she is or lack of sleep, die die will jog... each time after came back from jogging, she would tell m how great she felt... finally understand her feeling... thats life, never try, never know.
     
    a great choice to choose this place for walking, minus of the wet ground, everything is wonderful... i love nature trail... the air is so fresh n clean... can see types of leaves...
