how's your Xmas eve, fun? poor m, sick till "colourful, colourful" had a bad cough N flu. many people asked, why m so weak, seem always sick? hahaha.... that's not true, or should m say, when ones sick, beside staying at home to "rest" = "cyber space" , where else should he/she goes, no? cant be calling friends one by one telling your friends that u are unwell...

 

well, beside chatting, there's still many thing to do online... my favourite past X is watching drama, see nice nice "things, e.g LV, Chanel N so on..." N blogging... now have a new task to do online " learning to use my APPLE ( beside my name, "A-P-P-L-E" is the 1st word which m learn to spell )

princess bought us nice nice jap dinner from ichibantei Robertson Quay ;p we love the ramen especially the "boiled egg" eating the egg reminded m "the spa egg from the harvest moon" the semi melt yolk is really delicious!!! their gyoza is one of the best which m had ever eaten! whhhooooo...thinking of it make m drooLLLL 

after the dinner we went supermarket to buy food "baby lamb, wagyu beef N so on..." for xmas eve bbq 

my USA trip

this is my first time making video. spent m 2hrs+ for just a 6 mins + video, but i think its worth. least m learn N make it!

feeling very frustrated N blue all of the sudden... was very grouchy these weeks... feeling very disturb by "one", i don't know this person, nor see her before, yet her name N her stuffs seem revolving around m once in awhile recent months. had several nightmares about her during my recent trip... to be honest, m didn't think about her (why would N should m think of her during my trip, unless m NUTS), and don't know why her soul seem hauling m muchhh... how long will this last N can m take it? don't know, really blankkkk....

2 weeks of US trip, m back nearly a week, total 3 weeks, seem none of the day m can sleep well, really due to jet lag or there are some hidden unknown reason behind? m had ignored, but realised that m cannot! thou she simply has no THREAT towards m, but just hate the feeling of been....

have realised that m dislike to go meyson at parkway with SR, as the stupid lady, Karen repeats the same old sentence to SR "I remember u bought a trilogy ring here." stupid Karen had even argued with m of when SR purchased "it", m may not know the exact day of her purchasing, but VERY CERTAIN she purchased "it" more than 8 months ago. well, that's SR history, shan't brood over it! just that dislike N hate people like Karen keep repeating things which m don't wanna listen. a smart the sale person will not repeat the same old things by looking at the shoppers' weird N cold respond... (was very turned off  by "trilogy" after Karen's several refresh...)

 

looking forward my 3rd visit to meyson with SR, will Karen change N says to SR " oh, i remember U, U had bought A SET OF JEWEL the other day" or "THE SAME OLD GRANDMA'S WORDS". if she still telling us about the "decade ring" m gonna tell her off!

 

stupid Karen had ruined my shopping mood! supposed to be happily shopping for princess's wedding gift, but..... anyway m cool enough to let her earn our commission! stupid karen should really thanks my princess, if shopping for m, but not princess, she can never close my deal!

 

had done research to confirm that m didn't choose princess a trilogy pendant!

whatsoever it is, m hope princess will love her 1st wedding gift which is from SR N m!

m 3rd time writing this.... reason? our flight back to Singapore had delay in Orlando, to kill time, m decided to WRITE. BUT..... sighhhh... wrote almost 1/3 of the page, xiao pai's battery was low, therefore XXXXXX without saving! SR offered m her blackberry  to re write. m was happily writing N had so much things to share. finally complete writing my States trip after an hour + N saved!

my careless SR had accidentally deleted it away from her blackberry YESTERDAY! m not angry, perhaps its fated! fate is something which we cant change but to cherish as long as U can. so m gonna recall as much as m could to re- re- write, who knows the 3rd one may even better N with more things to share ;p

 

here it goes..... "now is 530am, mind kinda stuck with woolllll" *YAWNNN*

M love to stay in W hotel at Miami the most, people are warm-hearted, sea view, design of the hotel N room are awesome, BUT NOT THE WATER! WATER IS YELLOWISH IN MIAMI... no one knows Y...  but overall  was GREAT!

In of terms of shopping, Miami is fabulous too , cheaper N more nicer design.  can really shop till U dropppp!!! ;)

m favourite brand in States are - banana republic, charlotte russe, polo, AX, gap, CK, coach, crocs, opi N so on....

neither m regret to go Orlando, as the rides N 4D show were GREAT too... opsss, m had nearly forgotten about the hot air balloon... " u see, m just so excited when talk about my trip, wanna share every single of my thots N feeling with u. be it is happy or unhappy.  let m tell u one by one...

compare Disney to Universal , m love Universal more, so is SR! Disney more towards fairy tales, but of cox we did enjoy in Disney too. rides in Universal are fun, but crazier N more thrilling.  people like us, have short attention should buy hopper pass for the Disney and Universal, U may find it more fun!

rides which m will not take again

•  Dueling Dragon - its so crazy but thrilling! soar 125 feet in the air N reach speeds of up to 55 mph on two unique rides (they're two completely different experiences). The two coasters narrowly pass within inches of each other on three thrilling near-misses. after experiences ICE,  m felt so giddy, no more FIRE to m!

   
•  Men In Black - stupid boring kiddo ride, which cause both of us giddy.

• The Revenge of the Mummy - a roller coaster unlike anything that's come before it. plunge in total darkness, plagued on all sides by huge fireballs, swarms of scarab beetles and an army of warrior mummies. The speeds up to 45 mph in virtual darkness.
• The Amazing Adventures Of Spider Man - a non scary, but awesome 3D rides, let u experience cold N hot + awesome graphic
• Shrek 4D - its in a chapter of saga Lord Farquaad has returned (in ghostly form) to kidnap Princess Fionaemerge. it emerge us into a 3-D theater where had special effects and the miracle of Ogre Vision glasses bring the experience to life. will see, hear, and actually FEEL the action as moving seats " horse riding", water, wind, mist and other special effects which put you in the middle of this fairytale adventure.
• Poseidon Fury- live show uses multiple effects including four types of lasers and over 200 individual flame effects. Water effects used in the show include water and mist screens, water cannons and mortars.
• Twister- an interesting experienced, but waiting time is a bit too long .

riding  hot air balloon was really wonderful, a truly unique experience that m would not forget!  it soared over the attractions for a bird's eye view "birds were flying under us N part of the process of the water cycle" where we drifted with the winds and enjoyed the silence of floating.  it starts at the break of day, as the natural earth around us begin to come to life. especially the landing... ohhh boy, u could never imagine! m would very much wanna take it again, if  have a chance.

talking about foodie in States, nothing much is interesting beside "Rice Paper" Vietnamese fusion cuisine. price is also reasonable.

Do not overlook!

everything in States is $$$, tips is needed almost everywhere, if U've overlooked, they would even ask from U! see how $$$ face they are! well, probably that's their culture.

women love to shop

back from USA since Saturday, but till today we still seem jet lag, especially m, slept 8pm  N wake up 3am most of the night during these few weeks, be it m in USA or after back to town. do U think m age is catching up, therefore cant zzZzz much??? lolzz... m mean it... m dun think jet lag can last for weeks, no?

 

m unwell, having flu N gastric these 2 days.... :( feeling lazy and don't feel like doing anything! of cox m know that m CANT! m have MISSION in hand.

 

SR is sick too, my poor gal.... after having lunch with family yesterday, went shopping with mum, m made princess bought 2 sets of beautiful clothes for mum ;p rather EX "$505" well, if by paying a little more can buy something that we like N look great while wearing it, so why not? SR had bought some beautiful tops for mum while in USA, neither they were cheap, USD79 each. m gonna change her image this year, rather than always wearing "butterfly blouse" ;p

 

SR had bought m 3 lovely dresses in USA too, m love them very much, of cox beside these dresses, had also bought many many tops, jeans, bags n so on from USA.

i think many women love shopping, age from 4-80, who are these women? housewives, OL, homemaker, lonely lady and m love to shop. housewives save for herself N shop for her family, OL shop for her office wear, m shop for my family, partner, someone who m care, N myself "m love to shop for shoes and bags"... so never under estimate a woman when they go shopping, especially when OVERSEA.. kekeke...

Healthy XO sauce

healthy XO sauce ( my XO sauce isn't as oily as others) ;p

 

1. 4 tablespoons of sesame oil
2. 4 tablespoons of olive oil
3. some chopped onions N garlic
4. some chillies (added as much as individual likes)
5. 50 grams of dried shrimp (chopped it instead)
6. 200 grams of dried scallops
7. 1 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
8. 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
9. pinch of pepper N salt
10. 4 tablespoon of broth

my 1st trip in 2010

on the 1st DEC, SR whispered on my ear, saying that she has a SURPRISED for m on my Bday! mmm... m dislike nor allow my love ones to celebrate my Bday since m was 26! for some strange reasons, early this year, m had learnt to accept e fact that m no longer YOUNG! well everyone gets older as days past, NO? m ready to celebrate my Bday with my love ones. (its "ones" NOT "one" :p ones = Family, SR N good pals)

 

interested what's surprise  she gonna give m??? but thot its a surprise, how come she tell m now??? hehehe... simply as that m  a lady whom HATE surprises, she has no choice, but to tell m after she had prepared everything N also afraid to crash with my schedule.... she's is bringing to somewhere, where m longing to go.... make a guess where is it? neither Japan nor Europe "well, m just a simple lady, m get contented easily at time.." ;p SR is bring m to HK N macau! hahaha. yes is HK where m very much wanna return again, remember, m a foodie lover??? m miss every single foodie in HK.. especially the Tim Sum and Curry Fishballs! m love the snack from Macau too :) goshhh... talking about foodies, m feel so excited N drooling!!! "don't you think this trip doesn't come on the right time? hahaha...yeahhh... indeed, its a wrong time to go HK during my Bday" but U think if m CARE!, when there's a will, there's a way. no worry, m will still watch m diet ;p hopefully m can hehehe..

when m broke the news to crabi, her respond was... What a place to celebrate Bday??? guess U, guys will also have such respond, same as crabi, after knowing m go HK to celebrate m Bday, NO?

m thots- where to celebrate Bday, V day, anniversary, Xmas aren't important,. to be said clearly, the most important is the ones whom u gonna spent your moment with, agree?

 

on the same night, SR has also booked July tickets to HK "family trip" m certain that 5 of us gonna have a great wonderful time again :)

 

 

10 mths deadline!

princess is getting married in about 2 months time... everyone in the family are watching their diets, especially after trying the gowns which they like... sighzzz... just back from USA, have not enjoy enough nice nice foodies, but to follow them...  m don't wanna be the odd one! later everyone looks so slim, but not m :( m gonna miss my nice nice foodies...  m a foodie lover, therefore m think people whom staying in Singapore and Hong Kong are really fortunate, nice nice foodies are located at ANYWHERE N EVERYWHERE, agree?

 

alright let see, how to discipline  myself in these couples of months or should m say the process isn't that important, most important is the OUTCOME? kekeke... whatever it is, starting from today, if m cant slim down, m CANNOT BUY ANY OF MY BELOVED LV AND CHANEL in 2010, DEAL! had give myself a 10 months deadline... ( thou is a 10 months deadline, but it gonna be in PART 1 " her ROM is on FEB 2009" N PART 2 " wedding dinner is on OCT 2010" )

 

PART 1 - seem so hard to accomplish - from now till Feb, m have only 2 months.... Do U think if m make it? at this point of time, m can total feel, how stressful m students were during examination period, REALLY NO KIDDING! for my beloved LV AND CHANEL, M HAVE TO MAKE IT ON THIS FEB, MINI LOSS 4KG!

A tiring FUN weekend

how m spend m last weekend??? a tiring weekend, but FUN! thot there was "something" upset m during SAT, but....  that moment m really felt OFFENDED! whats the thing that upset m so much : once again, SHE called my name WRONGLY again! hahaha... what a joke, no? m trying very hard to ignore, thot m did, but... SUN morning when m woke up, m felt blueee... maybe m petty... dunno... anyway its over, don't wish to talk N think over unhappy stuff.....

 

minus that unhappy incident, everything was great, we had a wonderful family day at sentosa! after this outing, meimei N m get closer...  ;) m love N enjoy chatting with kids, as their innocent N naive questions can really melt/str8en m thots sometime...

 

a silly joke to share: brought m dad to Starbucks for coffee after jap BBQ lunch on Sunday... blur blur of m bought him a cup of espresso, he said that he wanna his coffee  with sugar...  m added sugar syrup in his espresso instead.. hahahaha... his expression when the moment he sipped in the espresso, his look, its deeply engraved in my mind.... hahahaha... he said that he had never drunk such awful coffee before... lolzzz.. m very certain, if u are there that moment, m sure u too will lolz...

thou m holiday had started weeks ago, but been busy accompany princess from places to places to try her gown, trading m Orlando  research with her ;p N thinking of new foodie to cook :) goshhh.... most of the gown look "yerkkkkyyy" from (wh*** L**k) mmmm... wondering why she chose this shop! luckily during her actual BIG DAY, she has MTM A DAY N A NIGHT GOWN, not so bad thou.... but will still help her to look up more nice nice gown for her ROM this FEB! see, preparing a WED really not simple N easy. guess this still not the tough one, tougher job will be on the way....

next saturday m flying to USA with SR... have not get ready ;p will be having 3 - 4 days alone in Miami, maybe shall join some day trip or  take some course if m suitable (chances are slim ;p) after Miami, we'll be heading to Orlando, if the weather is good, m will like to take the hot air balloon ride. m think it gonna be romantic N lovely ;p "romantic is depend on whom u r with"

The gal felt very satisfied with his answer.

neither m know what does this dish called... instinct tell m that this dish gonna nice nice, INDEED, m make it!!!!! m love to think N cook new dishes :)

from what m could recall the recipe of cooking "prawn dumpling soup" of course as usual, m a gal whom will not follow instruction, m added extra ingredient "its secret" m not gonna share... hahaha... just joking, in fact nothing big deal, m had added mushroom N 'bian yu', most important is marinated "it" overnight, brew the broth on the day for 3hours before serve :) both my dad N SR love it so much...

FRIDAY

finally got to meet up with both cousin, Kelly N Kris for dinner at CPK (our usual dinner spot) we were late, so lateeeeeeeeeeeeee.... its princess faultttttt! sighhhhhzzz... m hate to be late.... not even 5mins late, esp going work... well, its over, shan't talk about this...

we enjoyed of dinner very much, we will always have endless of chat during each meet up, but tonight a little different as, SR joined in our dinner! ;p

we gonna have these dinner gathering more often, as from now onwards m free, grazing grass till DEC :) hhhhhuuurrayyy!!!! so greatttttt, sleeepppp late lateeeeeeeee, wake up lateeeeeeeeee ;ppp dunno how to expresssss this feelingggg.... hehehe

SATURDAY

NOTHING NEW! SHE CLAIMED THAT SHE HAD COMPLETED HER HOMEWORK, BUT DIDN'T BRING BACK! WHAT A JOKE! M DO UNDERSTAND AFTER ALL SHE STILL A CHILD, BUT M DUN BUY IT ANY MORE!!! YESSS, DON'T BUY IT ANNNNNNNNNYYYYYYY MMMMORRRREEE..... M not angry nor have m give up on her, just very disappointed with this child! no point for m keep scolding nor talk sense to her, its time for her to do SOUL SEARCHING, but m doubt.... she may upset a few sec N next moment... sighzzz.... neither would m said that m dunno what she wanna, just that things N time m can spare her are limited!

recently m always wanna eat spicy stuff, dunno since when... but for sure, is since after m seeing SR! ;)

we had nice nice (cocoa steamboat) dinner N coffee with Reb. SR used nice nice dinner N coffee to trade our USA trip info with Reb! 3 of us enjoyed ourselves so muchhh... 1st time stayed in taka till 11+pm

SUNDAY

attended NINI's graduation party!m really proud of her, so does SR! thou nini is a maid, she will spend part of her salary to take up course to upgrade herself, this year she took up compo course, after 8 months of hardship, finally she graduated! beside her, we also saw other maids graduated from different courses... this remind m of m students.... haiz... city children are really fortunate!!!!!

seriously speaking its so easy for everyone to find their half. there are several stages before dating. 1st stage = (daring stage = so long your skin is thick enough to ask for a date from some one whom u likes, that's a good start), but whether if the person is suitable (that's another killing brain cells stage, unless the person is truthful enough show out all his or hers ugly sides), the hardest stage is how to maintain the relationship (this is known as compromising stage, its the hardest stage, m feel. then again m think both must learn to forgive N forget, give N take.)

princess is getting married soon... a blink, my princess gonna become some one's wifey N years later she gonna be a MOM, so fast... my princess has grown up! m really feel happy for her...

lots of things to do ( wedding preparation indeed not easy, may be interesting, but not fun at all, different people gonna receive different assignments from princess, guess if assignment gives by her hubby will be much easier to do N lesser stressful...) kekeke...

helped them to create a blog last Sunday. its for her n her hubby to write out before N after their surrender of their single life, wedding preparation  N so on.... m steal this blog name from them N somewhere ;p will tell u, guys their blog add once the blog is ready to be visit :)

today weather was so sunny... really stop m from doing anything, this not an excuse but the FACTS! ;p

princess gonna discharge this afternoon.

before checking my email, still felt little bad of what m had done this morning ( m a very simple gal, HATE LIARS, happy N unhappy, everything will be shown on m face, by hearing m voice or from m writing also able to tell... was sharing some joys during m Paris trip with Taurus this moring, after she visiting m blog, her voice sounded uncomfy or maybe m over sensitive...) m received a weird ecard from Taurus to her most current ex today. lolz... properly some error, ecard had sent to a wrong person, never expect that m viewed that ecard N realised that she has been lying to m.... well all these are her personal life, then again it let m have a clearer view of Taurus or maybe that's just her all along, unclear of what she wanna in life... m start to have doubt with this person N things she had said... well all these no longer important... most important is she found her TRUE LOVE!

( this for sure not my blessing, as m can never FORESEE THEY WILL HAVE ANY FUTURE! ESP THE ONE WHOM U LOVE ARE SLEEPING N HAVING FUN WITH ANOTHER MAN EVERY NIGHT + ALWAYS HAVE PACKS OF LIES...)

yawnzzzz.... very sleepy, properly m had overworked.. after this weekend, can rest all m wana ;) mmm... planning to rest for a week. a solid week of not doing anything, but just eat, sleep, watch tv, bloging, have fun with m sweet sweet SR N family :) after that doing searching for our USA TRIP! princess N her hubby maybe joining us too... m believe four of us gona have a great FUN travelling together!
