My successful shark fins!


steam the shark fin for 20 mins with slices of ginger n pinch of salt

Sea Cucumber (add more if u like it)

nice nice dried mushroom

Crab Meat

thick soup with all the ingredients but not the shark fin.

Pour the boiled "thick soup" into the bowl with shark fin, ready to be served! *remember never cook the shark fin with the thick soup!

nice nice shark fin is YUUMMMMMMYYYYYY!

broth (half chicken n 5 XL scallops)
steam the frozen shark fin for 20 mins
fried the dried mushroom with garlic
add all the ingredients to the broth,BUT NOT THE SHARK FIN boil it for 30mins.
Last add the shark fins, pepper and vingear before served!
*u will regret if u boil the shark fins together with ur thick soup! ;p
