Healthy XO sauce

healthy XO sauce ( my XO sauce isn't as oily as others) ;p
 
  1. 4 tablespoons of sesame oil
  2. 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  3. some chopped onions N garlic
  4. some chillies (added as much as individual likes)
  5. 50 grams of dried shrimp (chopped it instead)
  6. 200 grams of dried scallops
  7. 1 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  8. 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  9. pinch of pepper N salt
  10. 4 tablespoon of broth
