Ingredient
- A Dried Geoduck (象拔蚌)
- 3 Dried Scallops
- 2 Litres of Chicken Broth or Ikan Bilis Broth
- a Cup of Rice
- Mushroom (if u are a mushroom fans)
- salt n pepper
*soak the rice with a tablespoon of oil n a teaspoon of salt for 30mins before rinse. To be served with coriander and fried onion.
